Sehati Travel Indonesia is not responsible for claims arising from dissatisfaction with products or services provided by such third parties. - Users may use the Site only for lawful activities permitted under the laws of Indonesia, either for themselves or for another person who has legally authorized them to do so.

Prices, Payments, and Currency
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all prices displayed are not considered final until the relevant products and services have been paid in full. Certain airlines or service providers may impose additional charges such as fuel surcharges, airport taxes, or port taxes, which may change at any time.
All payments must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). For international tour packages, Umrah packages, or Cruise packages whose base prices are calculated in foreign currencies such as USD, AUD, SAR, or others, the applicable exchange rate will be adjusted based on the exchange rate on the date the user completes the final payment.
Special Terms for Umrah Packages
Due to the specific nature of Umrah pilgrimage travel, users agree to the following additional terms:
- Visa: The issuance of an Umrah Visa is entirely under the authority of the Embassy or relevant authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Sehati Travel Indonesia shall not be responsible and cannot provide a refund for costs that have already been paid to vendors, including airline tickets, hotels, or visa-related fees, if the visa is rejected or issued late by the relevant authorities.
- Health Requirements: Pilgrims are required to comply with all health and vaccination requirements imposed by the Governments of Indonesia and Saudi Arabia, including Meningitis vaccination requirements where applicable. Any failure to comply that results in refusal of entry into Saudi Arabia shall be the responsibility of the pilgrim.
- Accommodation/Route Changes: Depending on local conditions, including high demand during peak Umrah seasons, vendors or hotels in Saudi Arabia may change accommodation arrangements, downgrade hotel categories, or alter the travel sequence, for example from Madinah–Makkah to Makkah–Madinah. Sehati Travel Indonesia will make reasonable efforts to provide compensation based on any difference in facilities, where applicable, but shall not accept claims beyond such compensation.
Special Terms for Cruise Packages
Due to the specific nature of Umrah pilgrimage travel, users agree to the following additional terms:
- Cruise package prices may not include Service Charges/Gratuities, which are tips or service fees for crew members, as well as Port Charges/Taxes, unless otherwise stated in the package details.
- Cancellation policies imposed by Cruise Lines are generally strict. Cancellations made within certain periods before departure may be subject to penalties of up to 100% of the package price.
Booking Changes and Cancellations
Terms and conditions for reservation changes, rescheduling, and cancellations vary depending on the package, airline, and accommodation selected. Most promotional tickets, Umrah packages, and Cruise packages are Non-Refundable once a Down Payment or full payment has been made.
To request any changes, you must contact our Customer Service team at +62 817-9344-499 or by email at cs@sehatitravelindo.com no later than 14 (fourteen) days before the travel start date. Administrative fees may apply. You CANNOT modify your booking independently through the Site.
Passport, Visa, and Immigration Requirements
- All travelers must hold a passport valid for at least 7 (seven) months from the date of return to Indonesia.
- Visa applications, parental consent letters for minors, and all other required travel documentation are the responsibility of the user.
- Immigration authorities in both the country of departure and the destination country have absolute authority to approve or deny a traveler’s entry or departure. Sehati Travel Indonesia shall not be responsible for any travel-related financial losses if a user is deported or refused entry by immigration authorities for any reason.
Special Requests
If users have special requests regarding meals, including dietary or vegetarian meals, wheelchair assistance, room location, or other arrangements, such requests may be submitted to Sehati Travel Indonesia at the time of booking.
All such requests are considered requests only and are subject to availability from airlines, hotels, or local service providers. We cannot guarantee that any special request will be fulfilled.

In the event of Force Majeure, Sehati Travel Indonesia reserves the right to adjust, reschedule, or cancel the journey without being required to provide a full refund for services or components that have already been paid to vendors and are non-refundable.
